Instead of leaving my declining industrial hometown, I am a young entrepreneur who decided to take the time to invest in promoting its qualities.
2- Where Does your Immense Passion for Kayak and Hiking Come From?
It is my region’s beauty that inspired me.
3- How Did You Become Self-Employed?
Out of necessity. At first, no one believed that a kayak company could prosper in Baie-Comeau.
4- What Is the Most Challenging Part of Self-Employment?
I think it is to conciliate our work with the reality of other workers. For example, the daycare hours are totally inadequate.
5- Which Part of Being Self-Employed Do You Like the Most?
Flexibility regarding work hours. It applies well to outdoor activities.

We wake up, we take a coffee, we plan the day according to our schedule and then we move.
7- What Are the Tools You Could Not Live Without?
Communication networks and terminals. Of course, we also need our safety and kayak pieces of equipment.
8. How Did You Learn About Momenteo, and How Long Have You Been Using It?
Someone who wanted to work at our offices but could not because of our demanding work pace told us about Momenteo.

Nature works for us. I also make a lot of ads on social media.

Do not start by buying a kayak. Instead, make sure to get training from the instructors of Paddle Canada.
13. What Are You Most Proud of About Being a Self-Employed Worker?
I brought commercial kayaking in Baie-Comeau at a professional level that was never met until this day.

I am about to move.
